In a few kilometers you can visit the countryside with magnificent rural scenes, dry stone walls and farms that grow and harvest ancient Sicilian grains, farms which prepare the tasty Ragusano PDO cheese with their milk; you will find wine cellars that produce excellent wines including Cerasuolo di Vittoria and Nero D’Avola, oil mills producing Evo Oil PDO from the Hyblean Mountains. TMany quality products that you can enjoy in trattorias and restaurants; gourmand food Lovers will be able to book a marvellous experiences at one of the four Michelin-starred restaurants that the province offers.

Just twenty minutes away you will find the crystal clear sea, the sandy coast and then the historic centers full of late Baroque style monuments, a UNESCO heritage site, famous thanks to the Inspector Montalbano TV series. There are many activities and experiences that we can summarize, you will just have to choose what to do and decide to stay for a few days to enjoy them to the fullest and without rushing. There are many proposals: historical-cultural itineraries, visits to noble palaces, visits to artisan workshops, nature walks, food and wine tastings: oil, wine, beer, cheese, chocolate, professional or amateur cooking lessons, archaeological itineraries.

After discovering Ragusa and its two historic centres, after trekking in the countryside, and after swimming the sea of Marina di Ragusa just 20 minutes away from Ragusa, you can continue to discover the surroundings, which can be easily reached by car.
