Check-in time from 3.00 pm to 6:00 pm – please arrange the expected arrival time a few days in advance.
For any time different from that indicated above, confirmation by the B&B is required.

Before booking an holiday or any trip, we always try to understand in advance what we will find in the chosen structure.
For this reason we have created a list of frequently asked questions to find the information that can be useful for your stay.

– Is it possible to reach the structure by car?
Yes, we are in traffic-restricted zone but our guests can reach our B&B by car and then we will explain where to park inthe surroundings. Usually at the beginning of our street Viale Margherita you will see the written OPEN in green color, that is to say you can enter, if you see the written CLOSED in red color, it means that the entrance is closed and it is forbidden to enter.

– Internet coverage available to guests?
Free Wi-Fi internet access is available in all rooms and common areas

-What kind of credit card do you accept as a guarantee of the reservation?
We accept Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Union Pay

-Is it safe to communicate my credit card details?
The credit card details are sent through an encrypted and certified system according to the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.

Confirmation and Cancellation Policy

Reservations:
To book you can check availability in our calendar and book directly from the system, or if you have any questions you can send a request email to [email protected]
The room reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the number, the expiration date of a valid credit card and the CVV/CV2 number, or if you prefer we will send you a online link for payment or you could make a direct reservation from our website where you will pay directly by website

Terms of Payment:
For on line bookings: credit cards, or bank transfer, or on website debit cards, credit cards and cash (up to the limits permitted by law)

Cancellations:
It is possible to cancel the room free of charge within four days from the check-in date, if the reservation is canceled three days before the check-in date or if the guest does not show up, the full amount will be charged.
Any variation of the reservation or cancellation must be requested writing by mail to [email protected]
